Recent developments on Doppler-based measurement methods are also presented, with special attention to a discussion of non-spherical(or irregular) particles diagnostics with Doppler-based technique or other optical methods.
2008年11月10日 星期一 上午10.40-11.25 (45minutes)	Title: Recent progress on rainbow technique and its application in droplet diagnostics in complex spray systems Abstract: The principle of temperature, refractive index, and size measurement for spherical liquid droplet with rainbow technique is presented. A review and an introduction on recent progress on rainbow technique are also given.

Gérard Gréhan教授简介：

G. Gréhan，男，1953年出生于法国，1980年获得鲁昂大学物理学博士学位，1985年获得能源专业国家博士，1980年至1995年期间为法国国家科研中心（CNRS）研究员，1995年至今任法国国家科研中心CORIA研究所LESP研究室主任。

Gréhan教授主要从事光散射理论及其在颗粒测量领域的应用研究，与G. Gouesbet教授一起，开辟和发展了著名的广义洛仑兹-米氏理论（GLMT），解决了精确计算激光高斯光束照射到球形颗粒的散射问题。借助GLMT理论，Gréhan教授在相位多普勒PDA、全息成像、衍射测量等技术领域做了大量的研究工作。目前Gréhan教授主要从事飞秒散射测量技术及其在高浓度喷雾颗粒场特性的应用以及彩虹衍射测量技术进行燃烧过程中颗粒的热化学特性测试的研究工作。

Gréhan教授在国际期刊上发表研究论文120余篇，国际会议论文150余篇，专著3本以及其他的合作专著等，与34家国际期刊以及42个国际会议组织有密切联系。在已发表的研究论文中，有若干研究成果被国际同行专家认为是有特殊重要贡献。
