G. C. Dismukes, 男，1949年出生，美国普林斯顿大学化学系教授，是可再生能源领域的国际著名学者，在氢能、太阳能和生物质能领域取得了许多突出的研究成果。他作为首席科学家主持了美国能源部、科技部等多项重大研究计划，曾在Science、Chemical Reviews、PNAS等国际著名期刊发表论文150余篇，有多篇论文被引用数达100次以上，在美国、欧洲和日本等国际学术会议上多次作大会主席，并且数十次作大会特邀报告。曾获得Lemberg Award、Alfred P. Sloane Award、Searle Scholars Award等国际学术奖项和National Research Council Fellowship、NRSA Senior International Fellow等学术荣誉。
