Professor Fan has been awarded as ¡°Returning Scholar
with Prominent Contribution¡± by the State Education
Commission and the former Ministry of Personnel
(current Ministry of Human Resources and Social
Security) of the PRC, and won the first prize of
Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation Young College
Teacher Award (for research), the award nomination
for technical science of the Third Young Scientist
Prize, First Prize of Zhejiang Young Talent Award
and the Gold Prize of Zhejiang Young Scientist Award.
In addition, he was listed in the New Century Ten
Million Talent Project and Zhejiang Provincial College
and University Young Discipline Leaders. |
